Job Description

Strategy & Planning:

Develop product vision, conduct market research, analyze trends, and identify new opportunities. Product Definition: Define product requirements, features, and specifications, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.

Project Management:

Product Strategy & road mapping, competitor analysis, setting goals, timelines, and budgets.

Cross-Functional Leadership:

Collaborate with R&D, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Manufacturing, and Finance teams, guiding them to execute plans.

Risk & Quality Management:

Identify risks, ensure compliance with regulations, manage quality standards, and handle documentation.

Supply Chain:

Source materials, select suppliers, and manage vendor relationships.

Go-to-Market:

Work with marketing to develop launch strategies, messaging, and ensure a smooth handover to sales and operations.

Performance Monitoring:

Track post-launch performance, gather feedback, and plan for future product iterations.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
