The NPD Manager is responsible for overseeing the development of new products from concept to launch. This role involves managing cross-functional teams, conducting market research, aligning product development with business goals, and ensuring successful delivery of innovative, high-quality, and market-competitive products.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning & Execution:Develop and implement NPD strategies aligned with company objectives.Manage product lifecycle from ideation, design, prototyping, testing, to production.

Market Research & Analysis: Conduct

market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitive gaps.Work with marketing teams to analyze market data and generate insights for new product concepts.Cross-Functional Coordination:

Oversee design and prototyping activities, ensuring products meet quality, cost, and regulatory requirements

Process Improvement:

Establish best practices for NPD processes and implement continuous improvement initiatives. Evaluate and optimize workflows for efficiency and effectiveness

Stakeholder Engagement:

Liaise with stakeholders, including internal teams and external vendors, to align expectations. Communicate project updates and challenges to senior management. Compliance & Documentation Qualifications:

Education:Bachelor's degree in [Engineering/Industrial Design/Product Management/Relevant Field]. A

Master's degree is a plus.

Experience:5+ years of experience in product development, project management, or a similar role.

Proven track record of successfully launching new products.

Skills & Competencies:Strong understanding of product design, development processes, and manufacturing methods.

Excellent project management and organizational skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Proficient in tools such as CAD, PLM software, and project management platforms.

Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.

PMP, Six Sigma, or Agile certifications are a plus.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

On-time delivery of new products.

Product success rate (market performance).

Adherence to budget and quality standards.

Number of innovative product ideas developed

Pay: ?80,000.00 - ?100,000.00 per month
