Lead New Product Development (NPD) for gemstone designs and collections
Research market trends, customer preferences, and new design concepts
Develop new gemstone products from concept to final production
Coordinate with design, CAD, production, and quality teams
Ensure product feasibility, cost control, and timely development
Create and manage product samples and prototypes
Monitor quality standards during new product trials
Improve existing products through design and process enhancements
Maintain NPD timelines, documentation, and reports
Collaborate with sales and marketing for product launches
Analyze product performance and customer feedback
Ensure innovation aligned with brand and market demand
Education Qualification:
NIFT (Mandatory)
2+ Years of Experience
