NPD MANAGER (foundry experience)

Qualification

B.E / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

Location Uluberia, Howrah

Experience

10 to 15 years in SG Iron Foundry

Age 35- 40 years

Computer Skill MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point, Google Drive, Google sheet & Forms Salary 40-50k

Development and improve products using foundry/casting processes.

Conduct comprehensive market research to identify emerging trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.

Ensure new products meet quality standards, regulatory requirements, and customer specifications.

Monthly production planning review and its execution with respect to pattern and methoding readiness .

Selection of vendor for pattern manufacturing and its follow-up with purchase

Sample development activity from pattern to final dispatch of sample casting

Doing SAP activity for both pattern and method Handily all pattern shop activity with distribution of workers and monitor register

Review pattern inspector report and possible necessary correction

Doing Methods and its calculation and result analysis

Participate in the development of new products and processes Mentor and train junior engineers

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
