AUTOMOBILE ASSY LCV / MCV / HCV / Heavy earth moving equipment's experience across NPD ; Proto ; Quality Functions (QMS /MR / RQC /Process /Dispatch / Warranty), Fleet maintenance and Service , Production/Plant Operations Maintenance & Safety Management, Supply chain, Manpower Panning, Customer Support and Team Management;
Proficient in handling day to day. Drive the plant profitability through monitoring of operation parameters like plant efficiency, productivity, inventory turns, in-process and customer quality, sale targets, dead and obsolesce of RM/FG inventory , OEE, etc.
Formulation of production plan for the plant on the basis of sales plan. Monitoring and maintaining health of plant and equipment and tools. Work toward zero defect and cost reduction through VA/VE Regular review & monitoring, for timely correction in actions to meet organizational targets .Integrate marketing, purchase & manufacturing for fulfilling the production requirements on daily/weekly/monthly basis. Spare heading of innovation/ Kaizen & upgraded technology.

Reading & interpreting drawings, process mapping use simple math calculations Tool and die preventive/break down maintenance schedule & control, within time frame without affecting main line production
first piece / product compliance against customer drawings, passing decision for process / improvements within tolerance
Played pivotal role in QM module customization and most of the key areas program development by leasing with program developers (IT-- SAP / PLM / Oracle); also involved in lean manufacturing system deployment, KPI's trend monitoring.
