Ensure timely development of prototypes, trials, and PPAP/APQP activities
Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource utilization
Implement value engineering, cost reduction, and continuous improvement initiatives
Ensure compliance with ISO, IATF, safety, and customer quality standards
Build, mentor, and lead the NPD and engineering teams
