About the Company:

Torqon Power Drives Pvt Ltd is a Coimbatore-based company specializing in customized electric motors for clients across defence, international markets, and specialized industrial applications. Each motor is meticulously crafted with precision and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the design and development of new electric motor prototypes and assemblies Read and interpret engineering and technical drawings for development and production purposes Assist in mechanical assembly, testing, and validation of products Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, production, and quality Ensure quality standards and design specifications are met throughout the development cycle Contribute to continuous improvement in NPD workflows and documentation Work closely with the quality control (QC) team to handle any rejections or deviations during trials

Required Qualifications:

B.E. in Mechatronics or related discipline Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in product development or Supplier Follow up
