Job Purpose :Executive

Roles, Responsibilities and Authorities :

. Experience in New Product Development, involving stamping, welding manufacturing process

. CAD Usage for Fixture, Tool Designs

. Communication to update progress to customer

. APQP/PPAP Usage for NPD

. Manufacturing involving Robot Programming, Laser Cut, Press Brake, Stamping, Surface Treating Process

Skill Sets:

. Should have executed projects in Auto, Fabrication Industry

. Responsible for guiding a new product from initial concept through production and launch

. Collaborating with cross-functional teams (like R&D, marketing, and manufacturing), managing project timelines, and creating detailed documentation and test plans.

. Should also analyze market needs, ensure products meet quality and regulatory standards, and identify opportunities for process improvements

. Project Management - Manage project timelines, resources and budgets while preparing the schedule for efficient implementation

. Documentation - Create and maintain a detailed documentation for design specifications, testing procedures and product changes.

. Testing & Validation - Develop and execute test plans, analyse results to validate the product performance and reliability

. Quality Compliance

. Market Research

. Problem Solving skills to address issues & drive efficiency.

Minimum Level of Education and Experience :

BE - Mechanical/ Production

Minimum 4 - 6 Years of Experience in Manufacturing Process basically from Automotive & Fabrication Industry

Key Performance Indicators :

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and creative skills are needed to develop innovative solutions.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
