Position - NPD Engineer

Location: - Pirangut, Pune

Qualification - DME or BE Must

Experience - 03-05 years of related work in the Mechanical Industry.

*Additional knowledge of CNC Programming & Machining is a definite advantage and will be preferred.

Responsibilities: -

New Product development & prepare cost estimation Gauges, fixture design and development Application of GD&T Risk analysis and mitigation Customer coordination for new product enquiry / Change in Existing Product. Feasibility check & to give quote based on product costing. Produce prototypes, tool-up and production samples and test functionality, verification and validation Submit prototype to customer and take feedback from the customer Selection of special characteristics, balloon drawing, report preparation Prepare APQP, PPAP document for new products Prepare gauges, fixtures to ensure mistake / error proofing manufacturing from initial development stage To conduct design, product, process verification, and validation
