Job Description

Responsibilities:

1.) Collaborate with design, production, and quality teams to develop new sheet metal/fabrication products.

2.) Prepare and review CAD drawings, BOMs, and process sheets.

3.) Conduct feasibility studies, prototyping, and trials.

4.) Ensure DFM (Design for Manufacturing) and DFA (Design for Assembly) principles are applied.

5.) Liaise with suppliers for material selection and tooling development.

6.) Support PPAP, APQP, and other NPD documentation.

7.) Drive continuous improvement in product design and development processes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?300,000.00 - ?360,000.00 per year
