NPD Engineer;

AutoCAD, Solidworks

Key Responsibilities of an NPD Engineer:

Project Leadership:

Overseeing the entire product development lifecycle, from initial concept through design, testing, and production.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Working with marketing, sales, manufacturing, and R&D to bring products to life.

Design & Innovation:

Developing innovative designs, creating prototypes, and performing detailed analysis and testing.

Documentation:

Preparing specifications, test plans, risk assessments (like FMEA), and reports.

Quality & Compliance:

Ensuring new products meet industry standards, regulations, and internal quality parameters.

Technical Support:

Providing support post-launch and ensuring smooth product integration.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
