We are Looking for NPD Engineer, Immediate requirement

This is ON Role job, we need a experienced hands on NPD specially in AutoCAD field only.

Preferred 3 to 5 Years Experience

Responsibilities

Lead the new product development process from concept through production. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product specifications and requirements. Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments to inform product design. Design and develop prototypes for testing and evaluation purposes. Oversee the testing and validation of prototypes to ensure compliance with performance standards. Prepare and present product development reports to stakeholders. Continuously monitor and improve product performance post-launch through feedback and analysis.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, or related field). Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in product development within the automotive sector. Strong knowledge of engineering design principles and methodologies. Proficiency in AutoCAD software and other engineering tools. Excellent problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach to engineering challenges. Strong communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate effectively across departments. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
