Job Description

Product Development:

Overseeing the development of new products and technologies, and the enhancement of existing ones.

Market & Trend Analysis:

Conducting market research, polling consumers, and anticipating trends to identify new business and product opportunities.

Project Oversight:

Managing the entire R&D process, including design, development, testing, and the eventual commercialization of new products.

Collaboration:

Working closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., sales, marketing) and potentially with academic and industry partners.

Budget Management:

Securing funding sources and managing the R&D budget effectively.

Reporting:

Compiling and presenting information on research findings to stakeholders.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,133.17 - ₹35,594.09 per month
