Role & Responsibilities :-

Proficient in new product development cycle ( APQP , PPAP ) in sheet metal , has hands on experience on new Product Development Cycle
from enquiry to final Project Approval Stage.

Good knowledge in Sheet Metal Process Design , facility planning , Fixtures & Gauges concept designing , APQP Process & Supplier
Development.
3 Strong in strategy planning , aligning all business partners & stake holders
4
Understand the Customer Requirement & Expectation and give them better solution & guide the team for Project Costing, feasibility study
with CFT & Come with Design change proposal for better manufacturing option.
5 Handling team & co-ordination with CFT to set the process for production batches.
6 Responsible for all project execution with right first time with on time delivery.
7 Manage on time release of Product Specification , BOM, 3D Model & 2D Deawings
8 Proficient in GD & T , DFM , DFA & Process feasibility.
9 Well acquainted with 3D Part Modeling, Sheet Metal product design with Assembly, and 2D Drafting

Able to guide , engineering , Purchasing , Manufacturing & Other team during Product , Fixture , Tooling , Gauges decelopment Process
11 Interface with Customers in professional enviornment to exchange the thoughts for Project updating / follow ups.
12 Should have knowledge on engineering Materials ,their properties , heat treatment & Other Processes.

3 Work Experience 12 - 15 years. S.N. KSAB Status
Knowledge
1 Bending, Punching, Plasma, Laser Cutting, Assembly , Machining Processes.
2 Fabrication/ welding processes MIG-TIG-SMAW. WPS / PQR / NDT & Welding Standards
3 CED / Shot blasting / Painting /Powder coating processes
4 Detailed knowledge of available machines / utility
5 Quality Management Systems.
6 Knowledge of Kanban ,5S etc
7 Materials & Basic Metallurgy.
