We are seeking a talented NPD Assistant to join our Machining Department team! As an NPD Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the development and implementation of new products and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in designing and developing new machining processes and products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth product transitions.
- Conduct testing and validation of machined parts.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
- Experience in machining processes, tools and Cousting (e.g., CNC/VMC machining).
- Familiarity with CAD/CAM software.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
