Sri Krish Automation is seeking an experienced and technically sound
NPD Manager
to lead the New Product Development process and feasibility analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end new product development from customer RFQ to sample approval.
Study component drawings and prepare feasibility reports.
Develop cost estimates based on material, process, and tooling requirements.
Work with production, quality, and design teams to ensure successful first-time-right sample development.
Ensure timely delivery of samples and documentation as per customer requirements.
Maintain records of all development activities including costing sheets.
Support continual improvement of development processes and standards.
Required Qualifications:
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical / Metallurgy / Production Engineering.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in NPD .
Strong knowledge design, modeling software (like AutoCAD, SolidWorks).
Preferred Skills:
Strong analytical, planning, and documentation skills.
Good communication and coordination skills with customers and internal teams.
Familiarity with APQP/PPAP processes is an added advantage.
