Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Handling calls /Queries/Requests Pertaining to Product and Service for Inbound/ Outbound calls effectively.
2. Conducting surveys to collect data about customer satisfaction, churn rate, brand image and awareness, etc.
3. Analyzing and reporting customer data to devise new strategies or update the existing ones
4. Ensuring the customer has a positive experience with the company.
5. Complaint Management & Solving Customer Grievances.
6. Applying Process / Product knowledge in replying to Customers.
