Mandatory Skills:
NoSQL DBA experience
Ansible,Python,Shell Scripting
Any Cloud technology (AWS preferred)
Involving in Patching activities
Involving in upgrading of Databases
Automating DBA tasks using any one of the scripting languages
Ability to quickly learn new technologies and business functions
Nice to have :
Couchbase DB
Responsibilities:
Experience with Couchbase, including installing, upgrade, configuring, and monitoring a Couchbase cluster
Supporting as an Couchbase Database Administrator for Cloud and AWS servers
Design, configure, and maintain Couchbase database
Managing Cross Datacentre Replication (XDCR)
Experience in Couchbase high availability and failover capabilities, to meet application requirement.
Good knowledge and experience in Couchbase Troubleshooting.
Actively participate & drive major incident management troubleshooting calls and keep track of ongoing issues and be on top of it.
Good expousure on Linux platform OS level basic administrative tasks needed by DBAs
Providing OnCall support on scheduled weekends for allocated database technologies which is mandatory
