Job Description

:

- Develop the Learning Programs Roadmap, for online learning/e-learning programs

- Execute the roadmap, turning vision and plans into online programs through instructional design principles

- Conduct wide-ranging secondary searches in published literature, web, video content and synthesize information to elicit key insights for use in various deliverables

- Lead discussions and conduct interviews with senior executives, academics, and industry experts in search of innovative ideas

- Evaluate, analyze, and structure the information for use in various program deliverables

- Develop insights that are practical and actionable (not academic), beneficial to executives with careers in various areas of management and technology

- Deliver on a regular calendar of deliverables - case studies, programs, whitepapers, how-to guides, tools and best practice case studies

- Present research findings to internal and external audiences. Explain complex ideas in terms that busy executives can quickly absorb and apply

- Guide and mentor other team members such as interns and research analysts to plan and deliver on large scale projects

Desired Skills & Experience:

- 5 plus years of experience in research / consulting / content writing / developing case studies / building programs

- Strong appetite to dive deep into a given content domain to develop expertise and distill key findings

- Ability to gather, analyze, restructure, identify and create original insights from qualitative and/or quantitative data

- Strong oral and written communication skills, with particular attention to precision of language and ability to organize information logically

- Excellent communication skills with a high level of proficiency in English

- Should be a team player and demonstrate high level of integrity in dealing with others

- Comfortable in working as an individual contributor with little oversight and delivering on tight deadlines

- Entrepreneurial, Driven, Ambitious, Persistent, Comfortable in a small team setting

- Strong academic record - Bachelors in any field with strong performance; MBA/MS preferred
