Salary Range:

?20,000 - ?35,000 (Based on experience and skill level)

Key Responsibilities:

Provide a wide range of body and facial spa therapies including massages, scrubs, wraps, and other aesthetic body treatments. Conduct client consultations to understand skin/body concerns and recommend suitable services. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the therapy rooms and spa area. Ensure adherence to SOPs and wellness protocols at all times. Build and maintain professional relationships with clients to ensure high client retention. Manage appointment bookings and maintain timely service delivery. Upsell spa packages and relevant wellness products as required.

Skills & Requirements:

Minimum 6 months of hands-on experience as a Spa Therapist in the beauty/aesthetic/wellness industry. Trained in various massage techniques (Swedish, Deep Tissue, Aroma, etc.). Basic knowledge of skincare and body anatomy preferred. Pleasant personality with good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and provide a calming, therapeutic experience. Must be presentable, punctual, and customer-service oriented.
