Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and present traditional North and South Indian dishes with finesse and creativity. Plan and execute daily menus, incorporating fresh, locally-sourced ingredients. Maintain the highest standards of hygiene and kitchen safety. Cater to diverse guest preferences, including vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes. Manage kitchen inventory and coordinate with suppliers.

Requirements:

Proven experience in North and South Indian cuisine (minimum 3 years preferred). Passion for culinary excellence and attention to detail. Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and handle kitchen operations. Good communication and time management skills. Certification in culinary arts is a plus.
