Key Responsibilities:



Prepare and cook authentic

North Indian and Tandoori dishes

Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation Ensure proper use of kitchen equipment including tandoor (clay oven) Monitor inventory and assist in stock management Follow standard recipes and portion control practices Maintain kitchen cleanliness and safety protocols Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth operations during peak hours

Requirements:



1-2 years of hands-on experience in North Indian and Tandoori cooking Strong understanding of spices, marination techniques, and grilling Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment Team player with a positive attitude Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends
