Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook a variety of North Indian dishes such as curries, tandoori items, biryanis, rotis, parathas, etc.
Manage daily kitchen operations and food preparation.
Ensure consistent taste and quality of all dishes served.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.
Monitor inventory and assist in ordering ingredients.
Follow all food safety and hygiene standards.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience as a North Indian Cook or similar role.
Knowledge of traditional North Indian spices, ingredients, and cooking techniques.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a busy kitchen.
Team player with good communication skills.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
