Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook a wide range of North Indian vegetarian dishes (Paneer, Dal, Rice, etc.)
Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and presentation of food.
Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in the kitchen.
Manage inventory of kitchen supplies and ingredients.
Support in menu planning and introducing new dishes.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a North Indian Chef, specializing in vegetarian cuisine.
Expertise in cooking paneer-based dishes, dals, and rice preparations.
Good knowledge of kitchen operations and hygiene practices.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
