We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food production, menu planning, and kitchen management. This role requires exceptional leadership skills and the ability to supervise a diverse team while ensuring high standards of food safety and quality. The Chef will be responsible for creating memorable dining experiences in a fine dining environment, as well as managing inventory and catering services.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook authentic North Indian dishes including:Chole Bhature, Kachori, Bread Pakora, Other breakfast/snack items as required
- Ensure proper hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards
- Maintain consistency in taste and presentation
- Manage kitchen inventory and assist with ingredient planning
- Work efficiently under time constraints, especially during peak hours
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a cook in North Indian cuisine
- Expertise in preparing traditional snacks and breakfast items
