Analyze queries, suggest process improvements from feedback, and maintain high service quality during night operations.
Required Qualifications
0-2 years experience; freshers or graduates (any discipline) preferred.
Willingness to work night shifts with cab facilities provided for drop.
Preferred Skills
Strong written English communication, typing speed, and multitasking for multiple chats/tickets.?
Basic computer proficiency, problem-solving, and familiarity with CRM tools.
