Handle customer queries through chat in a professional and timely manner
Provide accurate information about products/services
Maintain records of customer interactions

Good communication skills (written English must be clear)
Basic computer knowledge
Ability to work night shifts regularly
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Prior BPO/chat support experience is a plus (optional)
