Job Title: Non-Voice Process Executive
Location: Mount Road, Chennai
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries via email, chat, and social media platforms
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Resolve issues efficiently while ensuring high customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate unresolved concerns
- Meet daily productivity and quality targets
Required Skills:
- Good written communication in English and Tamil
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Ability to work in rotational shifts
- Prior experience in BPO or customer support is a plus (but freshers are welcome)
Qualifications:
- Minimum: Diploma or Any Graduate
- Experience: 6 months Minimum (Freshers encouraged to apply)
Salary & Benefits:
- ₹10,000 - ?16,000/month (Take-home)
