Your Role

Job Summary

:We are seeking an experienced

Service Delivery Manager (SDM)

with

15-18 years of expertise in Application Maintenance Services (AMS)

for non-SAP environments. The role involves

end-to-end delivery ownership

of AMS Build and Run projects, including transition planning, governance setup, and financial management. The ideal candidate will have strong experience across

Cloud applications, Java, .NET, Documentum, and COTS platforms

, along with proven ability in

portfolio management, risk mitigation, and stakeholder engagement

. Certifications in

Agile, Scrum, and ITIL

are essential, and exposure to

GenAI deployment

and

cloud delivery models

is highly desirable.

Total Experience: 14-18 Years Only

Location: Bangalore

End-to-End Delivery Ownership

for AMS Build & Run projects, including transition planning and execution.

Governance & Compliance

setup, ISO audit support, and risk/issue management.

Financial & Commercial Management

, including pricing strategy and project financials.

Portfolio & Stakeholder Management

across multi-technology environments with escalation handling.

Strategic Initiatives

like BCP/DR planning, GenAI deployment, and cloud application oversight.

Your Profile

AMS Expertise

across Cloud, Java, .NET, Documentum, and COTS platforms.

Certifications & Frameworks

: Agile, Scrum, ITIL with practical application.

Technology Understanding

for client engagement and guiding delivery teams.

Experience in GenAI Deployment

and Cloud delivery models.

Strong Leadership

in conflict resolution, governance, and complex portfolio management.
