Key Responsibilities



Take

ownership of the recruitment process

, managing it end-to-end with accountability for results. Handle

client interactions

to understand hiring needs, build trust, and deliver tailored recruitment solutions. Source candidates through

Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, and social platforms

. Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates for technical and cultural fit. Draft and publish precise job postings aligned with client and organizational requirements. Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure smooth communication throughout the hiring journey. Negotiate offers and facilitate onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience. Track recruitment metrics and provide regular updates to management and clients.

Desired Skills & Qualifications



MBA HR, (B.E, ECE preferable)

3+ years of recruitment experience

with a focus on

Engineering/Non-IT roles

. Strong knowledge of technical skill sets in

PCB, Embedded Systems, and Hardware domains

. Proven ability to manage

client relationships

and deliver on hiring commitments. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in job portals, ATS tools, and social recruiting platforms.

Hands-on experience with Ceipal ATS is an added advantage.

Ability to work independently with accountability and ownership.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?300,000.00 - ?500,000.00 per year
