Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure smooth communication throughout the hiring journey.
Negotiate offers and facilitate onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Track recruitment metrics and provide regular updates to management and clients.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
MBA HR, (B.E, ECE preferable)
3+ years of recruitment experience
with a focus on
Engineering/Non-IT roles

Strong knowledge of technical skill sets in
PCB, Embedded Systems, and Hardware domains
.
Proven ability to manage
client relationships
and deliver on hiring commitments.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in job portals, ATS tools, and social recruiting platforms.
Hands-on experience with Ceipal ATS is an added advantage.
Ability to work independently with accountability and ownership.
