Requisites: Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Human Resources/ MBA in HR Should have 3-4 years of experience in relevant field Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong negotiation skills. Responsibilities: Source, screen and assess potential candidates by utilizing various recruitment channels including job boards, social media, and networking. Develop and maintain relationships with potential candidates to ensure a strong pipeline for future openings. Develop and maintain job postings and advertisement on various job boards, social media, and other sources. Interview and evaluate candidates against the job criteria, ensuring the best match for the position. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Participate in various recruitment events such as job fairs, open house and career days. Track and maintain records of all recruitment activities. Manage the offer process and onboarding of new hires. Provide support to the hiring team regarding the recruitment process. Keep up to date with recruitment trends and best practices. Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent Salary: 925,000.00 - 940,000.00 per month Schedule:
