Manage end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT positions across industries.(Like: FMCG, Banking, Manufacture etc )
Understand client requirements and job descriptions in detail.
Source candidates using job portals, databases, referrals, social media, and networking.
Screen and shortlist candidates based on technical and cultural fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with clients.
Handle salary discussions and ensure smooth candidate onboarding.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.
Achieve recruitment targets and adhere to client SLAs.
