Non-IT Recruiter Intern
with experience in BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) hiring. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills in
Hindi, English, and Telugu
, along with a strong understanding of recruitment processes in the BFSI sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Source and screen candidates for BFSI domain roles (Banking Operations, Customer Support, Loan Processing, etc.)
Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Maintain and update candidate databases and trackers.
Work closely with senior recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs.
Ensure timely closures of open positions within given deadlines.
Requirements:
Prior experience (internship/freelance/full-time) in BFSI recruitment preferred.
Excellent communication skills in
Hindi, English, and Telugu
.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in MS Office tools and familiar with job portals/social hiring platforms.
