We are looking for an energetic and result-driven Non-IT Recruiter with hands-on experience in bulk/volume hiring. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in fast-paced environments and handling end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar and entry-level roles.
Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end non-IT recruitment for bulk/volume positions
• Source candidates through job portals, walk-ins, referrals, vendors, and local hiring channels
• Coordinate and conduct mass interviews, drives, and walk-ins
• Screen, shortlist, and schedule candidates for interviews
• Maintain recruitment trackers and MIS reports
• Coordinate with hiring managers and operations team for manpower planning
• Ensure timely closures as per hiring targets
• Support onboarding and documentation process

Desired Skills & Requirements:

• Experience in bulk/volume hiring (manufacturing, logistics, operations, BPO, etc.)
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to handle hiring pressure and tight timelines
• Knowledge of local hiring markets in and around Hosur is a plus
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment portals

Qualification:

• Any graduate / diploma (education flexible for the right candidate)
