What You'll Do:
? Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates
? Screen resumes and conduct interviews to evaluate potential hires
? Build relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs
? Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment metrics
? Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment
? Prepare job descriptions and post openings on various platforms
? Source candidates through networking, referrals, and social media channels
What We're Looking For:
? Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably from a BPO background
? Hand on experience in hiring for BPO, Non Tech hhiring, preferably for F&A, Customer Support roles hiring
? Strong communication and negotiation skills
? Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
? Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS)
? Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
? A proactive approach to problem-solving and candidate engagement
