Work with Delivery PMO to track margins at an account level # Margin optimization for the Geos# Get involved in margin optimization exercise along with deli very teams, as and when required # Manage Pipeline for the Geos# Responsible for operational hygiene of pipeline which includes periodic reporting of pipeline, flagging of data input errors and collaborate with Sales excellence team to prepare pipel ine analytics # Track demand supply by Geo which includes operational rigor around o Track SR Adequacy at an account level # Validate the current Qtr priority open SRs and fulfillment plans against it with TM TA team. Also gather guidance impact if unable to fulfill the positions. o Tracking unbilled cases Project unbilled blocked minds parked to holding projects) and follow up on billability. Focus on high unbilled cases. o C1 Utilization Tracking # work with PMO and DM DP to track C1 utilizat ion get billing plans. o Proactively Publish assignments ending information to PMOs and DPs to work in staffing extensions in advance and to avoid minds reflecting on deployable pool. o Facilitate and Drive Weekly connect calls with PMOs to get an up date on Progress on SR updates, Moving DMs and PMO allocations on Customer projects, Account Receivables, Revenue Risk due to No Contracts, Sub Con Optimization, Flexor updates, NBL Tracking. o Facilitate Weekly connect calls with TM TA team to track fulfillment for top accounts including CBO, CP, DP and Delivery Head and Service Lines o Allocations clean up # Account level DM PMO BAs cost should go to account level and not at an ID level hence track no cost is hitting to the IG Bucket. .
