What is expec ted out of you: # Implement existing or develop new programs to enable inclusion for LGBTQ and Persons with Disability # Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for disability inclusion # Collaborate with and influence internal stakeholders on diversity an d inclusion to drive inclusion strategies & learning programs to create impact in the organization. # Train Facilitate Moderate D&I awareness sessions # Use data-driven approach to look at outcomes and areas of opportunity # Embed industry specifi c best practices # Create and maintain metrics, and impact related to assigned projects # Program manage initiatives and deliver to expected timelines. # Maintain confidentiality of sensitive D&I information # Collaborate with legal and compliance s takeholders on regulatory employment issues related to D&I # Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders # Qualifications # Bachelor#s Masters degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
