Other details #Replace ment MID: M1003498 JD- Experience -Experience as a PMO with an IT service organization for an IT program of large size (500 people) Skills: - Ability to understand complexity and nuances of a large IT engagement - Understanding of IT development li fecycle, various types of projects, resource loading, utilization goals - Ability to understand project budget, tracking and reporting - Ability to understand contracts, various legal terms and their implications - Excellent task management skills: O rganized, Detail oriented, Good time management skills - Advanced ability to work on tools like MS Excel, Word, Power point. - Ability to understand data, analyse it and present it to the stakeholders - Excellent communication skills (verbal and writ ten) Work expected: 1. Contract management Understanding the contract and contractual obligateions Creating SOWs for programs Tracking SOWs for status, billing and closure Liaising with Legal, Finance, Delivery 2. Project Financials Revenue forecast Invoice creation Setting up milestone based on SoW Follow up for payment Handle receivables 3. Administrative tasks related to the program (Team onboarding Ad-hoc data collection Ad-hoc reports) 4. Ownin g tracking of all action items, dependencies and deviations and raising escalations at appropriate levels when necessary .
