Job Duties & Responsibilities Working as a Deal Structuring POC for RFP responses to lar ge deals with prime responsibilities covering following # End to end Commercial Structuring of a deal # Interaction with Customer to understand expectation on Commercials # Structuring IT deals as per client requirements and negotiation with custome r to strike out best possible deal # Finalization of Pricing Template based on Industry Benchmarks # Leading Contract Negotiations with Customer from commercial perspective # Provide insightful information and expectations to Senior Executives to aid in long-term and short-term decision making # Present Commercials to stakeholders, executives, and clients in formal meetings # Preparation & follow-up on action plans to improve margin for executed strategic deals .
