Other details: Replacement for M1092619 (Harshvardhan Tiwari) JOD Description: Minimum of 8-12 years of past-experience in pre-sales and bid management in IT Services Company in either of Banking, Financial, Securities, Ins urance Industry DomainKey activities : Work independently on pre-sales activities which includes:# Understand business implications at a high level# Analyse and Qualify RFXs- (RF P , RFQ and RFI) Requests# Bid manage and author RFP, RFQ , RFI respons es# Provide thought leadership f or account teams for initiating and constructing proactive propositions # Understand the scope of work stated in these RFXs, identify potential risk etc and work closely with technology and solution teams to build the solution# Participate in confe rence calls with customers along with sales and solution teams to understand the requirements# Lead customer research, understand the customer challenges potential positioning# Construct value proposition by working wi th various teams # technology teams, service line teams , practices, finance, legal etc# Present the solution or value proposition to the customer# Architect, construct capability presentations sales pitch for helping in new acquisition via hunting o r expansion of existing cust omers via farming# Collaborate with sales and technology teams to guide them create sales pitch, define entry strategy, door openers etc.# Facilitate discussions to drive win themes# Ensure right solution pitch for right ask behaving as an extende d arm of sales teamHigh-level Skill# Proven technical and IT services pre-sales experience# Understanding of industry processes domain # at least one of Banking, Financial, Securities, Insurance industries# Broad understand ing of technology and appreciation# Understanding on IT industry services offerings across services like AMS, AD, Infra , Digital , consulting etc .
