Other detai ls: Sales Analytics and Market operations Sales Analytics and Market operations Location: India (Preferably Bangalore or Pune) once COVID issues are over # Experienced in Sales operations & Business operations fu nctions # Experienced in P&L reporting and a nalysis (Revenue and cost modelling), Sales Pipeline and analytics, Account 360 views, etc. # Good understanding of Service line business from a Tier 1 organization # Recognizing, developing, and implement ing process improvements within the Sales org anization # Good analytic skills and experienced in preparing analytics and data models # Expert in MS Office suite (PPT, Excel, Word), Salesforce CRM, Power BI and other tools # Very good communication s kills and Ability to interact constructively w ith unit heads and sales portfolio leaders # Maintain a Healthy, Positive attitude and ability to work under stressful situations at times. # Flexible w.r.t work timings (Would need to support US and Eur ope sales teams and hence at times need to exte nd the work hours late into the evening) # It is a plus if the following skills are also there - o Knowledge of VBA scripting, accounting treatments, pricing, revenue recognition is beneficial o Abilit y to pick up nuances of P&L impacts due to techn ology transformation themes like Cloud, IoT, Customer Success and understand skillsets involved with such technology units.
