Own and scale

Non-Bed Revenue (NBR)

for

UniLiv

by building a high-impact pipeline of brand partnerships, affiliate tie-ups, and revenue-share collaborations--and converting them into

predictable, measurable monthly revenue

across properties.

This is a

builder role

. You will source, negotiate, launch, and scale partnerships

end-to-end

, with strong execution governance and direct revenue accountability.

What You Will Own (End-to-End)1) Brand Partnerships -- Core Ownership



Identify, onboard, and scale brands for revenue-share, sponsorships, activations, and exclusive deals. Build category partnerships across

F&B, laundry, grooming, wellness/fitness, mobility, fintech/EMI, education & counselling, D2C essentials, events & experiences

. Own the full deal lifecycle:

lead generation ? pitch ? commercials ? contract ? launch ? performance ? renewal

. Negotiate commercials: commission %, revenue share %, MGs (where applicable), exclusivity, bundled offers, SLAs, and payout cycles.

2) Affiliate Tie-ups & Monetization Programs



Set up affiliate partnerships with clean tracking systems (links, codes, UTMs) and clear payout logic. Design resident-facing monetization journeys: offers, bundles, monthly calendars, property-wise targeting. Ensure tracking hygiene: attribution accuracy, payout reconciliation, fraud checks, and reporting integrity.

3) Launch Execution & On-Ground Activation



Drive partner go-lives across properties using a clear launch playbook: creatives, communication, stalls, sampling, signage, and staff alignment. Coordinate closely with Ops, CX, and Property teams to ensure flawless execution, fast escalations, and strong resident experience. Run campaigns aligned with seasonality, festivals, and property events to maximise conversion.

4) Revenue Analytics & Governance



Own weekly/monthly reporting: revenue, conversions, redemptions, partner performance, payouts, and activation ROI. Maintain a live NBR tracker/dashboard with pipeline stages and forward revenue forecasts. Identify winners, run experiments, and

scale what works--fast

Must-Have Experience (Non-Negotiable)



2-6 years in brand partnerships, alliances, affiliate tie-ups, or revenue-share collaborations. Strong BD fundamentals: prospecting, negotiation, closing, and account management. Proven ability to execute on-ground launches with cross-functional coordination. High comfort with numbers and reporting (Google Sheets / Excel mandatory). Extreme ownership mindset--

Strongly Preferred



Experience in consumer internet, D2C, marketplaces, hospitality, co-living/coworking, or student ecosystems. Existing partner network across F&B, wellness, fintech, essentials. Familiarity with affiliate tracking tools, coupon platforms, and UTM attribution.
