Operate non-woven fabric manufacturing machines as per SOP
Set up machines for production (material loading, parameter setting)
Monitor machine performance during operation
Ensure fabric quality (GSM, width, uniformity, bonding)
Identify and report defects or machine abnormalities
Carry out basic troubleshooting and minor adjustments
Maintain production records and daily output logs
Follow safety, housekeeping, and quality standards
Assist in routine machine cleaning and preventive maintenance
Coordinate with supervisor for shift handover and issues
Skill & Competencies:
Knowledge of non-woven production process
Basic mechanical understanding of machines
Ability to read gauges and production parameters
Attention to detail and quality consciousness
Teamwork and discipline
Educational Qualification:
Minimum: 10th / ITI (preferred)
1-3 years experience in non-woven fabric manufacturing (preferred)
Salary:
25000/month
