Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries and issues through chat, email, or ticketing tools
Perform data entry and processing tasks accurately
Review and verify documents for completeness and accuracy
Maintain and update customer records in the database
Work collaboratively with team members and follow standard operating procedures
Meet daily/weekly targets for productivity and quality
Ensure confidentiality and security of customer data.
