We are hiring

Customer Support Executives (Non-Voice Process)

to handle

chat, email, and back-office support

. The role requires responding to customer queries accurately and within defined TAT, while maintaining high quality standards.

Key Responsibilities



Handle

customer queries via chat, email, and CRM tickets

Provide accurate solutions related to

orders, payments, returns, services, or support issues

Maintain proper documentation and update customer records Follow

SOPs, SLAs, and quality guidelines

Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution Ensure timely responses and customer satisfaction Meet productivity and quality targets

Eligibility Criteria



Minimum

12th pass / Any graduate

Freshers & experienced candidates

can apply Good

written communication skills

(English mandatory) Willingness to work in

day / night shifts

Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, email, CRM tools)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,208.93 - ₹23,605.73 per month
