We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient individual to join our team as a
Non-Voice Process Executive
. The role involves handling backend operations, data entry, email/chat support, and other non-verbal communication tasks to ensure smooth business operations and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries through
email, chat, or ticketing systems
-- no voice calls required.
Perform
data entry
, data verification, and record management accurately.
Manage and update customer information in databases or CRM tools.
Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues.
Analyze and prepare reports based on customer interactions or business requirements.
Maintain confidentiality and ensure data security at all times.
Meet productivity and quality targets consistently.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (any discipline preferred).
Excellent written communication skills in English.
Proficiency in
MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
and basic computer operations.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Prior experience in
BPO/KPO or back-office support
is an added advantage.
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of CRM software or ticketing tools (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, Salesforce).
Basic analytical and problem-solving skills.
Flexibility to work in rotational shifts (if required).
