Experience : ( 1 - 3 ) Years of experience

:

Handle customer queries through email and chat support (no voice calls). Perform data entry and back-end documentation with accuracy. Process and verify information as per company guidelines. Maintain records and update databases regularly. Respond to customer requests promptly with professional communication. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues. Ensure compliance with quality and data security standards.

Requirements:



Graduate / Undergraduate (any discipline). Good written communication skills in English. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and basic computer skills. Ability to work in shifts (if required). Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines. Prior experience in BPO/KPO/Non-Voice process is an added advantage.
