Job Title: Customer Chat Support Executive (BPO)

Job Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 8 months of documented BPO experience (Experience/Relieving letter mandatory) Salary: ?16,000 - ?25,000 (Based on experience & interview performance) Shifts: Rotational shifts (24/7 environment) Qualification: Graduate only (Any stream) Joining: Immediate joiners only Industry Experience: Candidates must have prior experience in the BPO industry only
Key Skills Required:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong customer-handling and problem-solving abilities Ability to work in rotational shifts Good listening skills with a customer-focused approach Basic computer knowledge Ability to work under pressure and meet performance targets Professional attitude and teamwork skills
Job Responsibilities:

Handle Customer Chat professionally. Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information. Maintain quality standards and ensure customer satisfaction. Document customer interactions accurately. Follow company policies and process guidelines.
