Key Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction:

Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests via email, live chat, or social media.

Data Management:

Perform accurate data entry, processing, verification, and updates in systems.

Problem Solving:

Resolve issues, provide information, and ensure efficient resolution of customer problems.

Documentation:

Maintain detailed records, follow procedures, and ensure all tasks meet quality standards.

Coordination:

Escalate complex issues and work with internal teams to meet service level agreements (SLAs).

Pay: ₹18,300.71 - ₹36,720.21 per month
