email, chat, or ticketing systems

Perform
data entry, data verification, and data management
tasks with accuracy.
Process orders, applications, forms, or account updates as per company guidelines.
Review, update, and maintain records in internal databases or CRM tools.
Perform
quality checks
to ensure data accuracy and compliance with policies.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues or escalate complex cases.
Prepare daily/weekly reports and maintain workflow documentation.
Meet productivity, quality, and turnaround time (TAT) targets.
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and maintain confidentiality of information.
