Key Responsibilities



Handle customer queries and support requests through

email, chat, or ticketing systems

. Perform

data entry, data verification, and data management

tasks with accuracy. Process orders, applications, forms, or account updates as per company guidelines. Review, update, and maintain records in internal databases or CRM tools. Perform

quality checks

to ensure data accuracy and compliance with policies. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues or escalate complex cases. Prepare daily/weekly reports and maintain workflow documentation. Meet productivity, quality, and turnaround time (TAT) targets. Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and maintain confidentiality of information.

Required Skills



Strong

written communication

skills. Good

typing speed

and accuracy. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email platforms, CRM tools). Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to work in shifts (if required) Age criteria : 18 to 29 years Required experience : fresher to 2 years experience
